The Deputy for Supervision and Control of the State Personnel Agency (BKN) stated that BKN is collaborating with the State Intelligence Agency (BIN), the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT), and the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) to supervise state civil servants (PNS). The results of this supervision will determine the career development of the servants of the state.
Otok Kuswandaru said that BKN had a strategic role in supporting the instruction of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2016 concerning the National Movement for Mental Revolution.

Otok stated that his party will provide various data on violations as well as indications of violations of provisions made by employees to ensure integrity and morality as a reference for civil servant career development.
"Especially related to narcotics abuse, corruption, radicalism, terrorism, suspicious financial transactions and other data that can be accessed by the agency's Personnel Development Officer (PPK) in the context of verifying the talent pool for civil servant career development," said Otok as quoted from the official BKN website, Friday (8/7/2022).
Otok said the data would be obtained from BIN, BNPT, and BNN. The data from the three agencies was then collaborated with internal BKN data related to neutrality, radicalism, and civil servant discipline. (antara)
